Students who wish to participate in the Erasmus+ Program for STUDIES during the academic year 2025-26 must submit their application exclusively online. Detailed information about the application process can be found here.

Once all fields have been completed electronically, applicants must then “upload” the following required supporting documents:
- The fully completed Participation Application Form, with updated personal details.
- A recent Certificate of Transcript of Records (or a study certificate for doctoral candidates) from the Department’s Secretariat.
- A short CV, in which the reasons for wanting to participate in the ERASMUS+ program must be stated (in Greek). The CV must not be handwritten.
- Copies of language proficiency certificates.
- A copy of the Police ID card.
The applications of candidates must be submitted exclusively electronically through the link provided in the instructions, starting from:
from Tuesday, January 14th to Friday, February 14th, 2025 (until 13:00, Greece time)
and will concern mobility for the academic year 2025-2026.
- Students are entitled to submit one application to participate in the Erasmus+ Program per academic year (either for studies or for internships).
- Once the applications of the interested students are gathered in the Office of International European Programs/Erasmus+, they are sent to the Academic Coordinators of the Departments for final selection.
- Any student mobility requires approval of the study program by the body designated by the Department (Department Assembly) as responsible for course equivalency, recognition, or validation.
The results of this selection will be announced on the website of the International Relations Office of the University of Thessaly.
