Through the Electronic Secretariat application, students can:
- make course statements
- see their scores
- to apply for certificates and certificates of studies
- to see their Advising Professor
To connect to the Electronic Secretariat you must first install the VPN (Virtual Private Network) if you are not on the premises of the University of Thessaly (e.g. home connection).
Instructions for installing and setting up the VPN on a computer or other device can be found on the website of the Department of Computer Engineering. See detailed videos on setting up and connecting to the VPN, depending on your Windows.

First-year students, who have sent the supporting documents for the completion of their registration in the Department and wish to receive a Certificate of Enrollment/Studies (Certificate of Study), Certificate for Military use (boys only) are requested to submit their request electronically via the Electronic Secretariat (https://sis-web.uth.gr).
Students should follow the steps below to request a Certificate:

- eu- Certificate of Studies
Attention: If it is a Certificate of Military use, you must state in the comments of the Application that it concerns Military use.
Students will be able to receive their certificate electronically, if issued, through the Electronic Secretariat as a posted file.
