The declarations for teaching materials by students of higher education institutions (HEIs) for the winter semester of the academic year 2024-2025 will begin on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, and must be completed by Friday, December 20, 2024. It is emphasized that if the Department’s Secretariat has set a later start date or an earlier end date for the declarations of teaching materials, that date will apply. By the aforementioned date, the submission of procurement requests for teaching materials through the “EUDOXOS” system by the libraries of HEIs must also be completed.
Similarly, the distribution of teaching materials will begin on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, and will be completed on Wednesday, January 8, 2025. During the same period, the process of delivery from publishers of the teaching materials ordered by the libraries must also be completed.
