She holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), a MSc in “Engineering Project Management” (AUTH) and a MSc in “Antiseismic Design of Structures” (AUTH). She also holds a PhD from the Department of Civil Engineering of AUTH, while she has also executed post-doctoral research in the same Department. She has worked as an adjunct lecturer for the Department of Planning and Regional Development (Volos, University of Thessaly (UTH)), for the Department οf Forestry, Wood Sciences and Design (Karditsa, UTH) and for the School of Civil Engineering (Trikala, UTH). She has also worked as a research associate in European funded research projects at the Centre for Research and Technology-Hellas (CERTH), as well as a civil engineer in a construction company. She is author of articles in international scientific journals, book chapters and international conferences, while she is a reviewer in international scientific journals. Her main research interests are the following: project management, decision support systems, circular economy, sustainable development, infrastructure programming and planning, sustainable mobility, new vehicle technologies, autonomous vehicles, electric vehicles etc.
