Rammou Aikaterini

Aikaterini Rammou (MSc) is a member of the special teaching staff of the Department of Forestry, Wood Sciences & Design of the University of Thessaly with the subject “Wood technology & Quality control of raw materials and furniture”. From 1996 to 2003 he worked at the former TEI of Larissa in the Departments of Forestry as a laboratory associate in the courses of Forest Technology of Wood and Forestry. From 1999 to 2018 she worked at the former TEI of Larissa in the Department of Design and Technology of wood – furniture as a Special Technical Laboratory Staff with the subject “Wood Technology & Quality control of raw materials and furniture”, and was a member of the organizing team of workshops of the Department. Has 26 years of experience (professional – 2.5 years in Forestry and teaching – 24 years in secondary and Higher Education). Participated in 4 adult education programs in the field of Furniture – carpenters as well as in a training program for students of the Larnaca Technical School. From 1996 to 1999 she worked at K.E.T.E.K. of O.A.E.D. Karditsa as an instructor in adult education programs in the forestry sector. She has published a total of 14 papers and articles in various international and national conferences, scientific & industry journals. She participated as a member of the research team in more than 25 research projects of the research committee of the former TEI of Larissa. She has successfully coordinated as a member of an organizing committee over 10 conferences, workshops, two-day workshops, and participations with a stand in exhibitions of the Department of Design and Technology of wood – furniture.
