Students who wish to complete an ERASMUS+ INTERNSHIP at an institution abroad during the academic year 2025-2026 must submit their application exclusively online and follow the detailed procedure described here.

Once all fields are completed online, students must then upload the following required supporting documents:
- Candidate student application for ERASMUS+ internship
- Transcript of records from the department’s administration office (doctoral candidates should submit a certificate of enrollment)
- A brief CV that also includes reasons for expressing interest in participating in the ERASMUS+ program (the CV CANNOT be handwritten)
- Copies of language proficiency certificates
- Certificate of acceptance from the training organization
Candidate applications, along with the necessary supporting documents, must be submitted exclusively online via the link provided in the instructions from Tuesday, January 14, until Friday, February 14, 2025 (by 1:00 p.m. Greek time). These applications will pertain to placements during the 2025-2026 academic year.
ATTENTION! The eligible mobility period is from June 1st, 2025, to July 31st, 2026.
Students are entitled to submit one application for participation in the Erasmus+ Program per academic year (for studies or for internships).
Late or incomplete applications for internships, as well as applications that do not include an official acceptance letter from the training organization meeting the requirements specified on our website, will not be accepted and will not be considered in the evaluation process.
The results of this selection will be announced on the website of the Office of International Educational Programs/Erasmus+ at the University of Thessaly.
