Karastergiou Sotirios

Dr. Sotirios Karastergiou is Professor of Wood Technology (Ph.D., M.Sc., Dipl) in the Dept. of Forestry, Wood Science and Design of University of Thessaly. He is coming from the Dept. of Wood and Furniture Design and Technology of TEI of Thessaly. He has taken on many administrative positions from 2002 up now. He has published and presented scientific papers in scientific Journals and Conferences. He has participated in many scientific projects as a scientific Coordinator or member. His scientific interests are: engineered wood adhesive products (particleboards, fiberboards, plywood, laminated wood), panels from waste agricultural fibres, mechanical wood processing, CNC machines, quality control of wood and wood products and furniture.
