Within the framework of the TranSuMan project, 4 undergraduate and 4 postgraduate students will be selected, so that together with 5 more professionals who have interests with extensive livestock, they will form the “Green Team”. This group will be coordinated by Professor Mr. Michalis Vrachnakis and Assoc. Professor Mr. Ioannis Kazoglou. The purpose of the team is for its members to receive modern knowledge (academic and empirical) of meadow management and to be trained in relevant issues in an interactive and interdisciplinary way.

Students who are interested in participating are kindly requested to express their interest by sending an email to Mr. M. Vrachnakis (mvrahnak@uth.gr). The email should state the reasons why they are interested in participating in the “Green Team” (motivation letter) and attach a relevant CV.

Selection criteria for undergraduate students:

  • Attendance of the Meadow Management course (20 credits)
  • Knowledge of English (20 credits)
  • Participation in the educational activities of the Department of Forestry, Wood Sciences and Design (10 credits)
  • Interview (50 credits)

The criteria for postgraduate students will be announced soon.
