The Department of Forestry, Wood Sciences & Design, as part of its activities, actively participated for one more year in the MEDWOOD International Exhibition. The exhibition took place on Saturday 6/4/2024 and ended on Sunday 7/4/2024.
The Department’s exhibition space (Hall 3, Stand A/21) housed samples of wood, furniture and student work. The stand and the exhibits were presented by the Head of the Department, Mr. Georgios Ntalos, Professors of the Department and students.
Graduates of the Department, who are active in the field of furniture, visited the stand, as well as many companies.
Finally, the forum that was successfully held during the Exhibition was a co-organization of MEDEXPO AE with the Department of Forestry, Wood Sciences & Design of the University of Thessaly and the support of the Panhellenic Association of Wooden Frame Manufacturers. The forum was coordinated by the President of the Department, Mr. Georgios Ntalos.
