The PROSVASIS registration period for the spring semester 2023-2024 starts from Monday, January 29th until Friday, February 16th, 2024.

At the same time, those students who wish can hold meetings to update their needs.

A. If you are a student who has not registered in PROSVASIS and you want to register, follow these steps:

  1. Complete the online registration application on the PROSVASIS website (Register in PROSVASIS). To fill out the registration form you will need to log in with your university email.
  2. You will be asked to attach two forms to the application: a) the diagnostic document from a public body stating the disability and/or special educational needs, and b) the descriptive assessment report of your skills (e.g. learning, cognitive, communication, social, motor, etc.) and your needs (you can look for it from the body that issued the diagnostic document or from another body, public or private, in which some evaluation process was carried out).
  3. After completing the application, make an appointment online through the PROSVASIS website (Make an appointment) to have your needs recorded in person (in the city of Volos or Larissa) or remotely through Microsoft Teams.

B. If you are a student who is already registered in PROSVASI and would like to inform us of any changes to your needs, the services you receive, or the accommodations you request, schedule an appointment with PROSVASI.

If you do not wish to make any changes, you do not need to contact PROSVASI. The PROSVASI document issued from the previous semester remains in effect.
