On Wednesday, January 15, 2025, the New Year’s Cake Cutting event took place. The Department cut two traditional New Year’s cakes, one for the students and one for its staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lucky coin in the first cake was won by a student who received their prizes, a tablet and a keyboard with a mouse, courtesy of the company Compuland. The second coin was won by Mr. Ioannis Papadopoulos, a Professor in the Department, who received a book from the Kourkakis bookstore and a mobile phone from the company PC Universe as prizes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event continued with a buffet prepared by the restaurant operating within the Department. We are very grateful to the restaurant for the delicious dishes and its support throughout the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We sincerely thank everyone who contributed to organizing the event, including the companies Compuland, PC Universe, and Kourkakis bookstore, as well as the students and staff who participated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We wish that the new year brings many opportunities for progress, collaboration, and creativity!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
