SMEs in the region are called to adopt greener and more sustainable production methods in line with European strategies, while consumers are increasingly turning to products with a smaller environmental footprint.<\/p><p data-start=\"446\" data-end=\"850\">The <strong data-start=\"450\" data-end=\"459\">FULAR<\/strong> project aims to strengthen the circular economy in the furniture sector through joint actions and innovative solutions. Partners from Greece, Italy, Albania, Bosnia &amp; Herzegovina, Serbia, Slovenia, and Croatia\u2014including universities, research centers, development agencies, and business networks\u2014collaborate to develop tools that will support SMEs, academics, policymakers, and consumers.<\/p><p data-start=\"852\" data-end=\"1234\">The project includes studies on the green transition, analysis of best practices, identification of sustainable materials and technologies, as well as activities such as a circular design contest and international material engineering workshops.
