The Department of Forestry, Wood Sciences & Design (DEXYS) offers a pioneering undergraduate program, lasting 5 years, which upon completion leads to the award of a single and integral postgraduate degree (integrated master). The DEXYS Department operates with 2 study directions (Natural Environment Management and Wood Sciences and Product Design) from the 7th semester onwards. The Undergraduate Program provides its students, in addition to the compulsory courses, with a wide variety of elective courses that aim to provide advanced knowledge in specific subjects of the natural environment, the use of wood, the design of furniture and other objects mainly based on wood. administration, organization, economy and the introduction of modern technology in organizations and companies that find direct application in the labor market.

In particular, this program offers vertical knowledge from the sustainable management of the natural environment, to the utilization of its main products, with emphasis on wood and its uses, in the design of products and other objects, mainly based on wood, management, organization, economy and introduction of modern technology in organizations and companies. It is this level of knowledge that we believe is a significant competitive advantage in a job market that requires graduates with the best academic credentials, acquisition of valuable skills and integrated thinking.
