The facilities of the Department of Forestry, Wood Science and Design were visited on 03/11/2022 by students from three countries (Italy, Turkey and the Czech Republic) hosted under the Erasmus + program from the 4th High School of Karditsa.
The visiting students were welcomed by Professor George Ntalos who is also responsible for the Erasmus + program of the Department, and after making a brief presentation of the Department and its activities, then guided them to the workshops where students saw the equipment and research efforts up close of the Department.
The impressions gained by the visitors were wonderful, and many of them, in fact, “committed” to visit the Department again as students of Universities now in their countries in a few years through the action of the Erasmus + program.
